Mobile access pricing

Your mobile phone operator will charge you at your standard rate for text messages and data. Cozi does not charge for text messages. The number of messages your phone receives from Cozi is completely dependent on the number of times that members of your family send messages or appointment reminders to your phone.


Mobile coverage

Cozi offers mobile phone support in the United States, and we support the following carriers:

  • Alltel
  • Boost
  • Cellular One
  • AT&T
  • Sprint/Nextel
  • T-Mobile
  • U.S. Cellular
  • Verizon

If you are outside of the United States, you may be able to receive some coverage. See the table below for details.

Getting started with mobile access

All the information you enter into Cozi is stored in Cozi's secure online storage area. This means that you have many ways of accessing your family information: from your home computer, from any computer with Internet access, and from your mobile phone.

To use the mobile phone features in Cozi:

1. Start at your Cozi home page, find the More area, and then click Settings.

2. Click Mobile phone numbers.

3. Enter the mobile phone number for any family member who will want to use Cozi on his or her phone.

4. Click Save, and then click Done to return to the home page.

When you add a mobile phone number, Cozi sends a verification message to that phone. The recipient must reply to this message with "OK" to activate the phone and start receiving messages sent from your Cozi account.


Cancelling text messages from Cozi

There are two ways to stop receiving Cozi messages on your mobile phone: from your mobile phone or from Cozi itself. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.

From your mobile phone:

To stop receiving text messages from Cozi, send a message with the word "STOP" to 22694 (BCOZI).

From Cozi:

1. Start at your Cozi home page, and then click Settings.

2. Click Mobile phone numbers.

3. Delete the phone number(s) in the Mobile phone field(s).

4. Click Save to return to the Settings page, and then click Done again to return to your Cozi home page.

Once completed, you will no longer receive messages from Cozi on your mobile phone.
