Getting started with mobile access

All the information you enter into Cozi is stored in Cozi's secure online storage area. This means that you have many ways of accessing your family information: from your home computer, from any computer with Internet access, and from your mobile phone.

To use the mobile phone features in Cozi:

1. Start at your Cozi home page, and then click Settings in the left column.

2. Click Mobile phone numbers.

3. Enter the mobile phone number for each family member who wants to use Cozi on his or her phone. Mobile carriers outside the U.S. and Canada are not currently supported.

4. If you entered a phone number with a Canadian area code: Select your mobile operator from the list provided.

5. Click Done to save your changes.

U.S. mobile subscribers: When you enter or change a phone number and click Done, Cozi will send a text message to that phone number, which will ask the recipient to reply with "YES" to accept. This step is necessary to use Cozi text features. You may want to let other family members know this message is coming so they don't opt out of the service or delete the text message because they are not expecting it.

Mobile activation issues

If you are still unable to receive text messages after replying "YES" or "A" to 22694, it is likely that your cell phone provider has a block on short code or third party messages. Please contact your provider and ask them to remove any blocks coming from short code 22694 (Cozi). If, after contacting your cell phone provider, you are still experiencing trouble receiving your text messages, please contact us.
