Rules for 2009 Shutterfly Free Photo Book Promotion for Cozi Families

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. except Rhode Island, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in the United States. The Promotion period includes existing Cozi accounts through October 6, 2009. Void in R.I. and where prohibited by law.

2. TO ENTER: Participants must have a Cozi account on or before October 6, 2009. And they must have signed in to their Cozi account at least one time since signing up for Cozi. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the promotion. There may be different graphics and presentations of this offer under the same prize structure.

3. CONDITIONS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by the website, its users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this promotion should a computer virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the promotion. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. PRIZE: One (1) 8X8 20-page hard cover Shutterfly photo book (ARV = $29.99) per Cozi account. While supplies last. The unique promotion codes will be distributed inside your Cozi account. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The promo code recipient is responsible for taxes, shipping and handling, and any other costs and expenses not listed above. Limit one unique promotion code per Cozi account. Code must be used on or before November 15, 2009 at Shutterfly.com.

5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Employees of Cozi Group, Inc., Shutterfly, its agencies, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated companies, participating advertisers and media, employees, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Immediate family member is defined as husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  All federal, state and local laws apply. The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Entry into this promotion constitutes permission to Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' name, address and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
