How do I delete my Cozi account?

If you want to delete an account, please contact customer support. Please include the email address that's included in the account you want to delete, along with a request to delete your account. Once an account is deleted, all data for everyone included in the account will be permanently erased, and cannot be retrieved.

How do I unsubscribe from Cozi emails?

If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving email from Cozi, but would like to keep your account open, please click here. Opting out on that page will ensure that you don't receive marketing communications from Cozi, such as newsletters. Deleting your account will automatically add you to this list.

If you opt out, and keep your account open, though, you will continue to receive product-generated emails, such as weekly agenda emails. To opt out of receiving weekly agenda emails, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the next weekly agenda email you receive, or go to email notifications to turn off weekly agenda emails.
