1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the United States, except Rhode Island, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in the United States. The sweepstakes begins on January 14, 2010, and ends on March 11, 2010. Limit one entry per manual email address submission. (Additional entries optional: one additional entry for each friend that clicks through on referral link sent via "tell a friend" tool on cozi.com during promotional period; double your total entries by signing up for Cozi/already being a Cozi user during the promotional period.) All entries and referrals received by March 11, 2010, will be included in a random drawing on or about March 17, 2010. Entrants are responsible for keeping the email address used for entry valid until after the drawing has been conducted to remain eligible to win the prize.
2. TO ENTER: Participants must submit a valid email address on cozi.com between January 14, 2010, and March 11, 2010, to enter the year of free groceries sweepstakes. To garner additional entries, participants may refer a friend via the "tell a friend" tool on cozi.com. Each friend that clicks through on the referral link that is sent via the "tell a friend" tool is equal to an additional sweepstakes entry. Double your total entries by signing up for Cozi, free online organizer, at cozi.com/signup during the promotional period (or, already being a Cozi user during promotional period). CONDITIONS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect, or inaccurate synching or entry information whether caused by the website, its users, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should a computer virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the sweepstakes. 4. PRIZE: One (1) $4,500 gift card at winner’s favorite local or national grocery store. Winner will be responsible for any terms and conditions required by local or national grocery store related to the prize. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all qualified entries received. The winner will be notified by email. The winner is required to respond with a complete notification email within 5 calendar days of notification date on the email or an alternate winner will be selected. The confirmed winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility as a condition of receiving the prize. Up to three alternate winners will be selected and if not accepted, the prize will remain unrewarded. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions. Odds of winning based on the number of entries. Limit one prize per email address submitted.
