When will Cozi 2.0 be available?
Cozi 2.0 is available as of June 3, 2008, and includes improvements and new features as requested by Cozi families.
Do I have to use Cozi 2.0?
If you already use the web version of Cozi, you will automatically get the new Cozi 2.0. If you use the PC version of Cozi, you can start trying Cozi 2.0 at your own pace: you can keep using your original downloaded PC version, or the new Cozi 2.0 web version, or both. However, only the new Cozi 2.0 will have the latest family-suggested improvements and new features. If you want quick desktop access to Cozi 2.0, just like you are used to in the PC version, download the new Collage screen saver with Cozi Express to any PC. Cozi Express gives you quick access to Cozi 2.0 in its own window from a desktop shortcut.
Will Cozi 2.0 work with my Mac?
Yes. The overall experience in Cozi 2.0 will be significantly improved for Mac users, offering features such as new calendar views, multiple printing options, and the Cozi Family Journal. We currently optimize Cozi for Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 7, but we anticipate full support for Safari in the coming months (until then, we recommend Mac users use Mozilla Firefox).
How do I "upgrade" to Cozi 2.0?
If you already use the web version of Cozi, you will automatically get Cozi 2.0 as soon as it is available. If you use the PC version of Cozi, you can sign in to Cozi 2.0 from any computer with Internet access.

Look at the Cozi logo at the bottom of your Cozi family home page (or any page in Cozi). If it says "Cozi 2.0," you are using Cozi 2.0!
Will my data be safe with Cozi 2.0?
Cozi remains as secure as always. There are no changes in data security between older versions of Cozi and Cozi 2.0.
Is Cozi 2.0 still going to be free?
Absolutely. Cozi is a content- and advertiser-supported service so that we can help as many families as possible simplify and enjoy their busy, active lives.
Can I still use Cozi offline?
Cozi 2.0 does not offer the ability to work offline. We know some families would like offline access to their Cozi information and are looking into possible solutions to deliver this in the future. In the meantime, if offline access is really important to you and your family, we recommend that you continue to use your original PC version of Cozi, and we will keep you informed of our progress toward including offline access in Cozi 2.0.
I have the Outlook Toolbar. Will it still work?
Yes, just like always. You won't need to download or change anything to continue using the Outlook Toolbar with Cozi 2.0 to effortlessly sync home and work schedules. The Outlook Toolbar is a great way to make sure you never miss a family event and also to eliminate double calendar entries! It works with any version of Cozi, including Cozi 2.0.
I have the PC version of Cozi, which includes the Cozi Collage. Will it still work?
