The Cozi CD-ROM

Cozi is available on CD-ROM through partners and friends of Cozi.

This section covers installation steps particular to the CD-ROM. Once installed from the CD, your Cozi account can be used to access all Cozi features, including Mobile and Web Access.

If you don’t have a CD-ROM, download Cozi instead.

Beginning Installation

To begin the installation, place the disc in your CD-ROM drive. Installation will begin automatically. On the initial screen that appears, click the Install Cozi button.

During installation, Cozi may ask you to install the Microsoft .NET Framework. Doing so does not share any information with Microsoft.

Signing up for a Cozi account

The CD-ROM installer will download the latest version of Cozi. After your download is complete, the Cozi welcome screen will give you an overview of Cozi’s primary features. Click Start on the welcome screen to sign in.

If you don’t yet have a Cozi account, click "sign up for an account" on the next screen to create one for your family.

In the Account Creation window, you will be asked to enter a promotion code to complete the sign-up process. This code is required when you are installing Cozi from a CD-ROM.

If you haven’t already found the promotion code, please look on the back of the Cozi CD sleeve. The promotion code is the word “Cozi,” followed by a dash and five numbers. It’s located on a white sticker in the bottom left corner of the sleeve.
