The Cozi Outlook Toolbar keeps family appointments in your Cozi Calendar in sync with a separate work (or school, etc.) calendar that you keep in Microsoft Office Outlook. 
Keeping Cozi and Outlook in sync can help you remember family appointments during the work day: a doctor’s appointment, a parent-teacher conference, and so on. You can also let your family see when a late meeting or business trip will take you away from home. Choose which appointments go on the family calendar to keep work and family life as mixed or separate as you want. The Cozi Outlook Toolbar requires Microsoft Outlook 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Outlook 2007.
