Official Rules for Cozi Gold Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. except Rhode Island, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in the United States. The giveaway period begins November 16, 2016 (at 12:00a PST) and ends December 7, 2016 (at 11:59p PST). Drawing for a winner will take place on December 7, 2016. Void in R.I. and where prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for checking their email, where winners will be notified. This promotion is endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the companies from which the gifts are purchased. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor, Cozi.

TO ENTER: You can enter the giveaway by signing up for a Cozi Gold 14-Day Free Trial (https://www.cozi.com/cozi-gold/). After the entrant completes the required rules, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing. We will randomly select one winner at the end of the giveaway period to receive the WowWee Toys Prize Bundle. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest. There may be different graphics and presentations of this offer under the same prize structure.

CONDITIONS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry or syncing information whether caused by the website, its users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this giveaway should a computer virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the contest. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PRIZE: WowWee Toys Prize Bundle worth $339.97. PRIZE INCLUDES: LUMI Gaming Drone (ARV is $79.99), COJI (ARV $59.99), and CHiP (ARV is $199.99). Winner will be responsible for any terms and conditions required related to the prize. Winner must check the email inbox associated with their Cozi account after the end of the giveaway to check if they’ve been notified as the winner. If no response is received within 7 days of winner notification, prize will remain unawarded. The confirmed winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility as a condition of receiving the prize. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions. Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. Limit one prize during the contest. Drawing will be conducted by Cozi Inc. whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this contest. Delivery of the prize will be dependent on availability of the item.

WINNER LIST: The name of the prize winner can be found by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Cozi’s “Cozi’s 2016 Holiday Giveaway”, Attn: Marketing, 506 Second Avenue, Suite 800, Seattle, WA 98104-2328. Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage. Requests must be postmarked within two years of the end date of the giveaway. The winner will be completed after the prize winner is confirmed.
