We also have great leadership. I came to work at Cozi because I wanted to work with a team of people who are committed to helping families. Something interesting about working at Cozi is that we share vacation info on our company intranet. We celebrate getting out of the office and having adventures which is really cool for a software company. Right now people have planned time-off in Portugal, France, Japan and even Oshkosh, Wisconsin!

Bridget I spent the last 4 years living in Switzerland with my husband, raising our 2 little boys and working part time for an expatriate relocation company. I came to work at Cozi because going back to full-time work having children is a difficult task and Cozi is a very family oriented company that supports working parents and balancing home and work life. I also love that I get to work with so many creative and talented people.

What I love most about working at Cozi is that I don’t have a job title nor do I need one, because Cozi is a company that’s more focused on building software that best serves its users than wasting time on titles, reserved parking spots and filling out forms in triplicate, while still treating its employees like family.

I joined the Cozi team because I have a family of my own and the day to day management of multiple schedules, to-do lists and information sharing can be quite challenging. Cozi provides an elegant user interface and an expedient approach to communication — one that will improve simple tasks in my own life as well the life of family and friends. The appeal of contributing to this effort led me to the decision to join this incredibly talented team.
