Senior Web Developer
You care deeply about developing innovative Web user experiences, and so does Cozi. As Cozi Web/UI software engineer you will realize your passion for developing beautiful, well-designed user experiences while working with a world class engineering and design team. You will be expanding the boundaries of Web development by innovating new techniques that push the limits of browser capabilities while adding major new feature areas. You will implement, along with your colleagues, all of the customer-facing aspects of Cozi and our marketing Web sites.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5 years+ professional experience programming with a high-level language, including at least one of the following: Java/C#/C++
• Experience in AJAX-style development
• In-depth knowledge of CSS positioning, hierarchy and architecture
• Fluency with JavaScript, understanding of how to make JavaScript perform well
• Detailed understanding of solutions to cross-browser compatibility issues
• Demonstrated ability to apply Web development best practices with respect to scalability, security, usability, load-time, and basic search engine optimization techniques
• Sharp eye for detail

Marketing

Partner Marketing Director
Cozi is currently looking for a Partner Marketing Director; a scrappy, tenacious and creative marketing pro to drive critical customer acquisition programs with media and marketing partners. We are looking for someone with broad marketing experience, especially with consumer products or services, online marketing experience and partnership relationship experience.

Candidates should have 7 or more years of successful experience employing a variety of consumer marketing tactics including on and offline advertising, direct marketing, promotions, events and public relations. They will have managed programs and partnerships on their own. Ideal candidates will have experience taking multifaceted, multi-tactic marketing programs from inception through successful execution.

Partnership marketing is a critical component of our overall marketing strategy and this position will primarily be responsible for the success of our partner marketing programs in acquiring customers (families) but will also be involved in broader Cozi marketing initiatives as part of a marketing team. This position will report to the CMO and will work closely with other members of the marketing team and cross-functionally with the business development team.
