Cozi’s offices are in the Smith Tower, located at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Yesler Way in downtown Seattle’s Pioneer Square district. Pay parking is available on the street and at nearby lots, one of which is located just west of the building in the "sinking triangle" parking garage managed by Ampco. Take the elevator to the seventh floor and turn right; the entrance to our office is on the right-hand side just past the elevator bay.

Driving directions from SeaTac Airport via I-5 North

Follow signs for the freeways and take the ramp on the right for WA-518 East. Drive 1.4 miles and then exit on the left for I-5 North toward Seattle. Take the James Street exit and turn left at the end of the off-ramp. Head west on James Street (down the hill) to 2nd Avenue. Turn left onto 2nd Avenue and go one short block to Yesler Way. The Smith Tower is on your left-hand side. Metered parking is available on the street, or you can park in the Ampco parking garage on the northwest corner of 2nd and Yesler. Entrance to the Smith Tower is off 2nd Avenue, to the left of Starbucks.

Driving directions from I-5 South

Take I-5 southbound exit 165A on to 6th Avenue. Go straight through one light (Cherry St.) and turn right at the next light, on to James Street. Head west on James Street (down the hill) to 2nd Avenue. Turn left on to 2nd Avenue and go one short block to Yesler Way. The Smith Tower is on your left-hand side. Metered parking is available on the street, or you can park in the Ampco parking garage on the northwest corner of 2nd and Yesler. Entrance to the Smith Tower is off 2nd Avenue, to the left of Starbucks.
