Official Rules for Cozi 2010 Smartphone Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the United States except Rhode Island, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in the United States. The sweepstakes period begins Thursday, November 18, 2010, and ends at 12:00pm PST on Tuesday, December 21, 2010. Drawing for a winner takes place every Tuesday during the promotion period starting 11/30 (11/30, 12/7, 12/14, 12/21). Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for keeping the email address associated with the promotion (which should also be associated with entrant’s Cozi account) valid until after the drawing has been conducted to remain eligible to win a prize.
TO ENTER: During the sweepstakes period, participants must use their Cozi calendar, shopping list, to do list, messages, or family journal at least once during the week prior to Tuesday’s drawing. Examples of activities eligible for sweepstakes entry: adding or editing a calendar appointment, adding or editing an item on a shopping list or to do list, sending an email or text from Cozi messages, creating a new journal entry, or sharing a journal entry by email or as a family website. Each activity during the week prior to Tuesday’s drawing will count as a sweepstakes entry. You may enter every day during the promotion period, but you may win only once. To enter the sweepstakes via mail, hand print your name, complete address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number (including area code), and email address on a plain 3" X 5" postcard and mail your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope, postmarked before December 21, 2010, to: Cozi 2010 Smartphone Giveaway, Attn: Sandra Osborn, 506 Second Avenue, Suite 710, Seattle, WA 98104-2328. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All sweepstakes entries become the property of Sponsor. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the sweepstakes. There may be different graphics and presentations of this offer under the same prize structure.
CONDITIONS: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect, or inaccurate entry or synching information, whether caused by the website, its users, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should a computer virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
PRIZE: Four (4) two-hundred-fifty dollars in the form of a check or gift card to the mobile carrier of choice (ARV=$250 each, Total ARV = $1000). Winner will be responsible for any terms and conditions required related to the prize. One winner each week will be selected in a random drawing from all qualified entries received the week prior (11/30 drawing from Cozi users 11/18 12:01p - 11/30 12p; 12/7 drawing from Cozi users 11/30 12:01p - 12/7 12p; 12/14 drawing from Cozi users 12/7 12:01p - 12/14 12p; 12/21 drawing from Cozi users 12/14 12:01p - 12/21 12p). The winners will be notified by email and are required to respond with a complete notification email within 5 calendar days of notification date or prizes will remain un-awarded. Prizes are not transferable. No prize substitutions. Odds of winning based on the number of mail entries received and the number of Cozi activities recorded during the week prior to Tuesday’s drawing during the sweepstakes period. Limit one prize per Cozi account, per family, and per household during the sweepstakes period. Drawing will be conducted by Cozi Group, Inc., whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Prizes will be distributed within 4–6 weeks of each winner being confirmed.

Residents of WA and VT may omit return postage. Requests must be postmarked within two years of the end date of the sweepstakes.
