How to submit a family journal entry:
- Jot down the funny thing your kid said in your family journal. Just a few sentences will do.
- Add a picture.
- Click Share by email.

Official Rules for Cozi Smiles Tee Promotion
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. except Rhode Island, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in the United States. The Cozi Smiles Tee will be awarded weekly beginning Wednesday, September 30, 2009 and will continue to be awarded on a weekly basis while t-shirt supplies last.
