Administrative error

 

When installing the Cozi 1.0 PC download, I receive an error that I need to be an administrator.

If you are installing Cozi on a work PC, or a home PC with more than one user account, you may receive a message similar to the following.

This message indicates that the user currently logged in to the PC does not have sufficient security rights to add new programs.

If this is happening at home, you may receive an option from Windows to continue the install as an Administrator. In this case, you must have access to the administrator password for the PC, or have a user who is an Administrator log in for you.

 

If you receive the non-administrator error message while trying to install Cozi on a work PC, we recommend that you contact your IT department or network manager for assistance with the installation.
