Getting started with the Send to phone feature

Sending information to your phone from your computer has never been easier. You can send the day’s appointments or any of your lists directly to any family member's mobile phone:

To send a the day's appointments from the Cozi Calendar:

1. At the bottom of Cozi Calendar, click Phone.
2. Click the name of the family member who should receive the information.

You will receive all the appointments for the day as a text message.

Make sure you've entered mobile phone numbers for each family member who will want to receive appointments (see "Telling Cozi about your family" in Getting started).

To send a list from the Shopping Lists page:

1. At the bottom of Cozi Shopping Lists, click Phone.
2. Click the name of the family member who should receive the information.

You will receive the shopping list items as a text message.

Make sure you've entered mobile phone numbers for each family member who will want to receive lists (see "Telling Cozi about your family" in Getting started).

To send a list from the Cozi home page:

1. In the Messages window on the home page, select a family member phone number or email address.
2. Type the message you wish to send.
3. Click Send.

You will receive the message as a text message on your phone or in email depending on your selection.
