Getting started with the Send to phone feature

Before you can send today's appointments, a shopping list, a to do list, or a message to your mobile phone or a family member's phone, you must first enter and activate mobile phone numbers for each family member. See "Telling Cozi about your family" in Getting started for more information.

Using the Send to phone feature

Sending information to your phone from your computer has never been easier. You can send today’s appointments or any of your lists directly to any family member's mobile phone.

To send today's appointments from the Cozi Calendar:

1. At the top of your Cozi Calendar, click Phone.
2. Click the name of the family member you want to send today's appointments to.

Cozi will send the family member selected in step 2 all appointments for today as a text message.

To send a list from the Shopping Lists page:

1. At the top of your Cozi Shopping List, click Phone.
2. Click the name of the family member you want to send the shopping list to.

Cozi will send the family member selected in step 2 the current shopping list items as a text message.

You can also retrieve a shopping list from your mobile phone when you are out and about. See Retrieving lists from your mobile phone for more information.

To send a list from the To Do Lists page:

1. At the top of your Cozi To Do List, click Phone.
2. Click the name of the family member you want to send the to do list to.

Cozi will send the family member selected in step 2 the current to do list items as a text message.
