Refreshing Cozi in your browser
At Cozi, we work hard to ensure that your experience using Cozi is enjoyable and issue free. Unfortunately, stuff happens. Sometimes, Cozi encounters an issue when trying to load the information or page you requested. If this occurs, you can often resolve the situation by forcing the page to load again in your browser, bypassing any cached information.
Note: Some keyboards, especially laptop keyboards, require you to press and hold down the fn or Function key while pressing the key corresponding to the F5 key.
If you use such a keyboard, you must press and hold the fn key in addition to the F5 key when following the instructions below.

If you're using Internet Explorer 9, hold down the Ctrl key and press F5, or hold down the Ctrl key and click the refresh button (highlighted below).
