Getting started with the Cozi Collage screensaver
The Cozi Collage screensaver creates small groups of your family's photos and shows them one page at a time, much like a slideshow. It's a great way to enjoy your family photos whenever you're not using your computer.
The collage starts automatically if no one has used the computer for a set amount of time. If you feel like showing off your family photos and want to start the collage right away, find the More area on your Cozi home page, and then click Collage.
While the screensaver is running, you can:
- Press the Left arrow key to go back to the previous collage.
- Press the Right arrow key to move to the next collage right away.
- Press the space bar to stop the screensaver and return to Cozi.
Please note that Cozi Collage settings can only be changed when you are running Cozi Express. You cannot change Cozi Collage settings in the web version of Cozi. To open Cozi Express, click Cozi Family Calendar on your Windows Start menu.
Choosing photos
The Cozi Collage automatically uses photos from the My Pictures and Shared Pictures folders on your computer. If you keep your photos in another folder, you can tell Cozi to include them:
1. Start at your Cozi home page, find the More area, and then click Settings.
2. Click Screensaver options. In the Cozi Collage Settings window, click the Photos tab. Click Add folder, and then select the folder you want to include. You can select a folder from a computer in your home network, although this may cause a delay when the collage starts.
3. Click OK, and then click Done.
To exclude a photo from the collage, find the folder where it is stored on your computer, and move it to a different folder.
NOTE: If you notice that some photos appear sideways in the collage, that means they are rotated in the folder where they are stored on your computer. To see the photo upright, please rotate it in the folder where it is stored.
