I can't see the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta)
Verify the Outlook processes
1. Close any open Outlook windows: email message windows, calendars, task windows, etc.
2. In Outlook, click File, and then click Exit.
3. In Windows, click Start, and then click Run.
4. In the Open field, type taskmgr, and then click OK.
5. Click the Applications tab, and look for the Outlook application in the list.

6. If you see it, select it and click the End Task button.
7. Click the Processes tab in Windows Task Manager.

8. Click the Image Name column header at the top of the list so that the process names appear in alphabetical order.
9. Scroll down the list and look for "OUTLOOK.EXE." If you find any, select each in turn and click the End Process button until all of the Outlook processes are ended.

10. Restart Outlook. There should now be a single Outlook process listed in the Processes list in Windows Task Manager.
11. If the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta) is not displayed when Outlook restarts, go to the next troubleshooter: Enable Outlook Toolbar Alerts.
