I still can't see the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta)


If you still can't see the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta), we'd like you to install the alert notices and try the troubleshooting steps again while gathering some error information for our technical team.


1. Enable Outlook Toolbar alert notices: 

  • In Windows, click Start, and then click Control Panel.
  • Double-click System, and then click the Advanced tab.
  • Click the Environment Variables button.

  • Click the New button in the User variables section.

  • Enter VSTO_SUPPRESSDISPLAYALERTS for the Variable name and 0 (zero) for the Variable value.

  • Click the New button under User variables again and enter VSTO_LOGALERTS for the Variable name and 1 (one) for the Variable value.

  • Click OK several times to dismiss all the windows.

2. Go through the troubleshooting steps again. Please gather the error information you see: copy the text of any help you receive when Outlook restarts, paste it onto the feedback page, and send us the information.

  • If no new help is visible, the contents may still be available in a log file found at the following location on your computer: C:\Program Files\Cozi Outlook Toolbar\Cozi.OutlookAddIn.dll.manifest.log. Paste the contents of this file onto the feedback page, and send us the information.
  • To start generating the help, go to the first troubleshooter, Re-enable the toolbar, and follow the steps.
