Verify that you have Microsoft Outlook Service Pack 2 (SP2)

1. In Outlook, click the Help menu, and then click About Microsoft Office Outlook.

2. Verify that Service Pack 2 is installed. If Service Pack 2 is installed, you will see "SP2" in the top line.

3. If no service pack is listed or the service pack is lower than SP2, please install Microsoft Office Service Pack 2:
