I can't see the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta)
If you installed the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta) but it has never appeared in Outlook, or if the toolbar "disappeared" from Outlook after working correctly, follow the steps below.
Re-enable the toolbar:
If you are using Outlook 2007
If you are using Outlook 2003
Re-enabling the Cozi Outlook Toolbar for Outlook 2007
1. From Outlook, click the Tools menu, and then click Trust Center.
2. In the categories pane, click the Add-ins tab.
3. In the details pane, locate "CoziOutlookToolbar" in the Disabled Applications Add-ins list.
- If CoziOutlookToolbar is in the list, go to the next step.
- If CoziOutlookToolbar is NOT in the list, click Close, and go to the next troubleshooter: Display the toolbar.
4. In the Manage box, click Disabled Items, and then click Go.
5. Select the add-in and click Enable.
6. Click Close.
7. If the Cozi Outlook Toolbar does not appear after Outlook restarts, go to the next troubleshooter: Display the toolbar
Re-enabling the Cozi Outlook Toolbar for Outlook 2003
Please note that if there is a problem with any toolbar that is installed with Outlook 2003, Outlook will disable all the toolbars.
1. From Outlook, click the Help menu, and then click About Microsoft Office Outlook 2003.
2. Click Disabled Items.
- If there are no disabled items, or no item with Cozi in its name, go to the next troubleshooter: Display the toolbar.
- If there is an item with Cozi in its name, go to the next step below.
3. Select the item with Cozi in its name, and then click Enable. At this time, please do not enable any other toolbars.
4. Restart Outlook.
- If the Cozi Outlook Toolbar appears, the issue does not lie with our toolbar. You will need to turn on your toolbars one at a time to find out which other toolbar is causing all the toolbars to become disabled.
- If the Cozi Outlook Toolbar does not appear after Outlook restarts, go to the next troubleshooter: Display the toolbar.
