Installing Redistributable Primary Interop Assemblies (PIAs) for

Microsoft Office

Outlook 2007

1. Download the installer from the Microsoft Download Center.

2. Save the file to a known location.

3. Run the PrimaryInteropAssembly.EXE file and accept the EULA.

4. Select a location for the extracted files (the location shown below is only an example).

5. When the extraction is complete, the following is displayed.

6. Go to the location selected in step 4.

7. Double-click 02007PIA.MSI.

8. When the window closes, the PIAs are installed. Verify by clicking Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs and look for "Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies" in the list.

9. Restart the computer.
