Known issues

From time to time, we have technical difficulties with Cozi. We list those here as known issues—which means not only do we know about them, but we're working diligently to resolve them! We apologize for any inconvenience these problems might be causing you.

We work constantly to improve Cozi and make it easier to use.

If you run Cozi Express or the PC version, Cozi checks for updates every day and automatically updates itself if a new version is available, but if you're not sure if you're running the latest version, it's easy to find out:

Open Cozi, and then click Settings in the More area of your home page. Make note of the version number shown on the left side of the Settings page.

Then click here to compare your version number with the latest release.

If they don't match, please download the most recent version. You do NOT need to uninstall your existing version of Cozi.

Requesting appointments from your phone may not work properly

If you call 1-888-808-COZI and request that the day's appointments be sent to your phone, you may receive the wrong day's appointments. We are working on a solution to this problem. An interim solution is to use the "Send to Phone" option from your computer. For how-to info, read this help topic.
