Getting started with Cozi Mobile

Cozi Mobile allows you to access—and edit—your family's calendar and shopping lists from wherever you are, right on your mobile phone's web browser. This streamlined version of Cozi is specifically designed for small mobile phone screens, delivering just the features you need most when you're out and about.

To access Cozi Mobile on your phone, simply go to m.cozi.com and sign in to your Cozi account. After you are signed in, you will be able to view and make changes to your Cozi calendar and your Cozi shopping lists. Any changes you make on your phone will be reflected in your Cozi account the next time you sign in on your computer.

Tip: Use the bookmark feature in your phone's web browser to create a bookmark for Cozi Mobile. This will let you quickly get back to Cozi Mobile later.

Cozi Mobile works best with the following phones:

  • iPhone: Running the Safari web browser
  • Windows smartphones (including Palm Treo 750 and 750w/wx): Running Windows Mobile 5.0 and the Internet Explorer Mobile web browser

Cozi Mobile may also work well with other mobile phones including newer Blackberry, Palm, and Nokia Symbian phones, as well as Android-based phones such as the G1, although these scenarios have not been fully tested by Cozi.

Viewing and entering calendar appointments

To access your existing calendar appointments, do one of the following:

  • Scroll to the date you want.
  • Jump to a specific month in the View drop-down list (or by using the buttons at the bottom of your screen), and then scroll to the date you want.
  • Type the date you want in the box at the top of your screen to jump directly to that day.

To open or edit an appointment:

  • Click the appointment.

To create a new appointment via Cozi Mobile, do one of the following:

  • Type the appointment using everyday language in the text box at the top of your screen.
  • Click the date on which you want to add a new appointment, fill out the fields on the Create new appointment page, and then click Create new appointment.

To delete any appointment:

  • Click the appointment, and then click Delete.

Viewing and editing shopping lists

All of your Cozi shopping lists appear on the Shopping List page in Cozi Mobile. Simply scroll down to find the list you want.

To add an item to a list:

  • Type the item in the box at the bottom of the list, and then click Add Item.

To remove individual items from a list:

1. Click Cross off items below the list.

2. On the Cross off items page, click each item that you want to remove.

3. Click Remove Crossed-Off Items.

To remove all items from a list:

  • Click Clear List below the list. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

To create a new list:

1. Click New List at the bottom of the page.

2. Type a name for the list, and then click Create new list.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find your new list.
