Getting started with Activity Schedules

An activity schedule is a set of related appointments for a school, team, club, etc. You can quickly enter those appointments yourself from a paper or emailed schedule, and then at any time see all the appointments at a glance.

In some cases, you may be able to find an online Internet calendar that will automatically add the appointments to your family's Cozi account. Cozi has a special feature that lets you search for your school's online calendar. But if the school, team, etc., isn't online, you can enter in those appointments as an activity schedule.

If you are adding an appointment that occurs during an appointment from an activity schedule, you may want to view information on exceptions.

Creating a new activity schedule

In the full web version of Cozi:

1. Click Calendar in the left column.

2. From the Show menu, choose the item for Set up schedules, which will take you to the Schedules/calendars settings page.

3. In the Activity Schedules section of the page, select the type of schedule you want: Childcare, Club, School, or Sport.

4. Fill in the form. Add any normal routine appointments (things that happen each week or month) as well as any one-time appointments or changes to the routine.

5. Click Save.

Once you've created a schedule, you will see those appointments on your family calendar.
