Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta 3) download (U.S. and Canada only*)

The Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta 3) synchronizes appointments in your Cozi Calendar with a separate schedule (such as for work or school) that you keep in Microsoft Office Outlook.

The Cozi Outlook Toolbar is beta software, which means that it is not at the same level of quality as finished software that Cozi would offer. While thousands of people use the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta 3) successfully, for a small minority of users it can cause serious problems, including appointment deletion and appointment duplication. For some users, it does not install properly.

We strongly recommend you back up your Outlook calendar before installing the Cozi Outlook Toolbar (Beta 3).

Also, please be aware of the following known issues:

  • Do not use the Cozi Outlook Toolbar with other third-party calendar sync software installed on the same computer. Doing so may result in duplicate appointments in your Outlook calendar.
  • The Cozi Outlook Toolbar currently works with Outlook calendars where the first day of the week is Sunday. The Cozi Outlook Toolbar is not supported with Outlook calendars where the first day of the week is a day other than Sunday (most calendars outside the U.S. and Canada). If your calendar starts on a day other than Sunday, the Cozi Outlook Toolbar will cause appointments to appear on the wrong day and/or to be deleted.
  • If more than one family member will use the Cozi Outlook Toolbar to sync to the same Cozi account, all family members must be using the same version of Outlook. Using the Cozi Outlook Toolbar on computers with different versions of Outlook installed to sync to the same Cozi account will result in data duplication and/or deletion. If you and another family member use more than one computer with different versions of Outlook installed, we recommend you install and use the Cozi Outlook Toolbar on only one computer, or upgrade all computers to the same version of Outlook. For example, if your home computer has Outlook 2010 (32-bit version) installed and your spouse or partner's computer has Outlook 2007 installed, only one person should use the Cozi Outlook Toolbar to sync to your Cozi account, or upgrade both computers to the same version of Outlook.
  • Using the Cozi Outlook Toolbar to sync more than two Outlook calendars to the same Cozi account is an untested configuration.

The Cozi Outlook Toolbar requires Outlook 2010 (32-bit version), Outlook 2007, or Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 2.
