UX Program Manager
Cozi is seeking an exceptional UX Program Manager to work with designers and engineers in building world-class web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:- Help families get and stay organized by inventing innovative mobile and Web-based software solutions
- Work closely with visual and interaction designers to create elegant and easy-to-use customer experiences
- Collaborate with other Program Managers and Software Developers in scoping functional requirements and engineering approaches to web and mobile software
- Manage internal expectations around schedule, scope, and delivery
- Work within the scrum process to get results that meet the user experience needs
- BS/BSE or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Interaction Design
- 3-5 years experience as a Program Manager or Interaction Designer at a software company
- Focus, expertise, and passion for consumer experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Practical experience with Scrum
- Technical understanding of consumer web services
